ILUDEST® Distillationsanlagen GmbH officially joined Performance Distillation Solutions LLC (PDS) effective January 2, 2026, thereby expanding the company's global activities in the field of distillation and thermal process engineering.
The integration also strengthens PDS's international presence, improves the technical capabilities for ASTM-compliant and customer-specific distillation plants, and brings together two leading chemical engineering companies based in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, USA, and Waldbüttelbrunn, Bavaria, Germany, which are focused on maximum precision.
Performance Distillation Solutions LLC (PDS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Arthur H. Thomas, a leading US provider of advanced distillation and thermal process technologies, is now the owner of ILUDEST Destillationsanlagen GmbH as part of a strategic expansion of the company's global product portfolio in the field of process engineering.
ILUDEST® will continue to operate independently and retain its entire product range, technical expertise, and operations at its Waldbüttelbrunn, Germany, location. The integration brings together two industry leaders recognized for precision, reliability, and comprehensive technical experience in laboratory, pilot, and production equipment.
