Reliable, precise system for crude oil distillation
The i-Fishermen® Dist D-2892 MC – 10 ltr is an automatic distillation system in accordance with ASTM D2892 (TBP) for the precise fractionation of crude oils. Equipped with computer-aided control, the system automatically controls the entire distillation process – including fraction change and temperature monitoring.
Fraction changes are carried out automatically using preset temperatures or at maximum volume. 12 templates allow the extraction of up to 48 fractions in four standard pressure stages. Changing the individual stages requires brief intervention by the operator.
Optionally, the integrable data evaluation system enables the creation of TBP curves (wt%/vol%) after backweighing.
High-quality materials such as borosilicate glass 3.3, stainless steel 316 L/Ti and PTFE ensure a long service life and maximum process reliability.
The system is completely enclosed and complies with CE standards for maximum safety and ease of maintenance.
